Straight answers

What happens if more people watch than the plan includes?
They watch. Viewer-hours are a monthly allowance we report on your Plan & usage page, not a gate. We will tell you at 80% and again at 100%, and if a parish is regularly over we will suggest the next plan — video never stops.
Is the delay really that short?
Under 3 seconds behind the room, on every plan. We publish the number we measure, and nothing bolder.
How do we pay?
By card, monthly or yearly, through Stripe on your parish's iUtils team — one invoice, and receipts your bookkeeper can download. Cancel from the same page whenever you like; you return to Chapel at the end of the paid period.
Can we downgrade?
Yes. Anything you already have — a second channel, a longer archive — stays. The plan only decides what you can add from here.
Do you take a cut of donations?
No. The Give button opens the page you already use; the gift goes where it went before.
